Equality & livelihood
Equal rights mean equal opportunity: to work, to health care, to a fair share of public investment, without discrimination based on ethnicity or language.
Communities across South Azerbaijan report discrimination in public employment, underinvestment in local infrastructure and economic pressure that drives young people to migrate. Economic and social rights are human rights, and discrimination in their enjoyment is prohibited.
We gather evidence of discrimination, analyse public data, and advocate for policies that treat every region and every citizen equally.
